Accommodation at The Swan Hotel for the Cheltenham Festival & Gold Cup Week (March 14th-March 18th 2011). Only 19 miles from Cheltenham, The Swan Hotel makes an ideal base for attending the Cheltenham Gold Cup Festival.

To confirm your reservation we require deposit payments in three instalments of the total booking value: Your first payment of 25% be be taken on making a booking. Celebrate New Years Eve 2010-11 (more info...)
New Year’s Eve Arrive at your leisure and enjoy a glass of mulled wine before preparing for the New Year festivities. The evening begins with a Champagne and canapés reception before going through to the candlelit Signet Restaurant for an extravagant five-course dinner. The celebrations would not be complete without putting on your dancing shoes, letting your hair down and enjoying the live music until the early hours. Dress for the evening's celebrations is black tie. New Year’s Day After a leisurely English breakfast with Bucks Fizz, you have the day to yourselves. On your return enjoy a traditional homemade Cotswold cream tea in front of a roaring log fire in one of our cosy lounges. Relax and then prepare for dinner in the Signet Restaurant. 2nd January Enjoy a full English breakfast with us and afterwards blow the cobwebs away with a stroll around the village to say goodbye until the next time.

Christmas Eve Your arrival at The Swan Hotel will be met with a warm welcome. Once settled into your room, you may relax by a crackling log fire with tea and toasted teacakes or take a leisurely stroll around the Cotswold village of Bibury. Join our management team for a glass of chilled Champagne and canapés before you sit down to a festive candlelit dinner in our renowned Signet Restaurant. After dinner a ten minute walk along the River Coln brings you to the picturesque St Mary’s Church for Midnight Mass. Warm mince pies and mulled wine await your return to the hotel. Christmas Day Start the day with a traditional English breakfast in the Café Swan. The rest of the morning may be spent at your leisure while our talented chef and his brigade prepare a Christmas Day luncheon to be remembered, including the traditional roasted Christmas turkey. After all the excitement, you are welcome to retire to the bar or take an afternoon stroll around the lovely village of Bibury. The day draws to a close with a delicious light buffet supper served in Café Swan. Boxing Day After breakfast you may spend the day at your leisure, perhaps visiting one of the pretty Cotswold villages in the area or taking part in the famous Bibury Duck Race.
